How to request a refund
Send an email to support@aiversity.io with the subject line "Refund Request". Include the email address you used to sign up. That's it.
We'll confirm your request within one business day.
Refund timeline
Once confirmed, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The refund goes back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional few days to appear on your statement.
What happens to your account
After your refund is processed, you'll continue to have full access to your membership until the end of your current billing period. Nothing is taken away early. Any projects or work you've completed are yours to keep.
Team accounts
For team plans, we offer prorated refunds for unused seats. If you need to reduce your team size or cancel entirely, reach out to support@aiversity.io and we'll work out the details.
Free trial users
If you're on the free trial, you haven't been charged anything. There's nothing to refund. If the trial isn't what you expected, you can simply stop using it — no cancellation needed, no charge will ever be made.
